Agreement Overview
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Luton Airport Specialist Cabs. By booking a Minicab and using our services, you unequivocally accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
Definitions
In this agreement, “Luton Airport Specialist Cabs” “we,” or “us” refers to the service provider, while “you” or “your” may refer to any individual, business, or company making
a booking with us.
Booking
3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient travel time to reach your destination on time, including airport transfers with specific flight check-in requirements. Luton Airport Specialist Cabs is not liable for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for pick-up at the designated time.
3.2 You are accountable for reserving a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Luton Airport Specialist Cabs does not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
3.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should request it when booking.
Pricing and Payment
4.1 We provide quotes based on the information you provide. Prices, unless otherwise specified, do not include VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in case of significant itinerary changes.
4.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute grace period after the stated landing time and the cost of airport parking. Any waiting beyond this period will be charged at the standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so if you don’t inform Luton Airport Specialist Cabs of any changes.
4.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs for which Luton Airport Specialist Cabs is not liable.
4.4 Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
Service Guidelines 5.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage, soiling, or disruption by passengers may incur cleaning costs.
5.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle.
5.3 All children must be properly restrained by their height, weight, and age.
5.4 We cannot carry more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance.
Cancellations
6.1 In case of a booking cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs after dispatch, charges will apply based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the cancellation point.
6.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may incur a charge against the initial payment.
Liability
7.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
7.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
7.3 In case of a breakdown, we will make arrangements for an alternative vehicle to continue your journey as quickly as possible.
7.4 You will not hold Luton Airport Specialist Cabs liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
7.5 None of the parties involved can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death due to negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful default, as well as matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if the safety of the vehicle or driver is compromised, whether through abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Various
9.1 Luton Airport Specialist Cabs may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.
9.2 We have the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions. Existing bookings will be carried out at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
9.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.
9.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Luton Airport Specialist Cabs and you.
9.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits to third parties. No third party can enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims and disputes made after this period will not be entertained by Luton Airport Specialist Cabs.
